Wallingford Charity Funday is now in it's 12th year, and is this year back with a new committee with some new ideas. But some of the old favourites are still here, such as the 5Km fun run, childrens entertainment, Music, real ale bar and food to name but a few things.
As usual all our proceeds after running costs, are going to local charities, our chosen charities this year are Oxfordshire Air Ambulance and St Nicholas School. Last year we were only able to give away £1,000 to the chosen charities because of adverse weather conditions prior to the event, so we are hoping for better conditions this year.
Look out for our raffle tickets which should be out sometime during April or May, and if you would like to get involved, contact any of our committee. Trade and charity stalls are also available, applications will be taken soon via the Chairman.
